Customer & Product Care
We recommend never wearing your jewels whilst showering or swimming; keep away from sea salt and pool chlorine. Also avoid contact with creams, lotions, oils, perfume and make-up. Some skin types can make the silver go black – this is only surface discoloration and can easily be removed with a soft, clean cloth. Store your jewelry and bag away from heat and sunlight, preferably in a protective pouch to avoid damage from scratching. Perfumes, dust and everyday wear will all take their toll on your jewelry, so try to keep contact with cosmetics, lotions and any other potions down to a minimum. For minor cleaning, use a soft silver polishing cloth or a soft bristled toothbrush with warm water.
We guarantee that our pieces are handmade to the finest quality, however damage may occur over time.We offer repairs free of charge for 18 months after purchase. After the period of 18 months a repair charge may occur.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs via tracked delivery for repairing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may return any item you purchased from LEFFLOW ART STUDIO, for any reason, within 10 days of delivery. In that case you have to pay the shipping fees to return the item to us. When we receive the returned product, we will notify you by mail and we will issue the refund within 30 days.
Returns can be accepted only when the goods are unworn (unused), in its original box with the receipt of payment. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items.
In case we have made an error in your order, we will refund the return shipping cost. Once the product is returned to us we will send you the correct product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange your item for another, you can do so within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at email@example.com
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
